What is the dress code for the Meet & Greet, Gala, and other events?
Friday’s Meet & Greet is casual—come relaxed and comfortable! For the Gala and all other sessions, we encourage everyone to wear their best traditional or cultural attire. Celebrate our heritage and community spirit!
How do I register for the Boat or Bus Tours?
During online registration, you’ll be prompted to select your excursion. VIP and VIP Table tickets include the Boat Tour. Other guests may choose the Bus Tour (space is limited).
I only want to attend the Gala Night to see our guest artist perform. Can I buy a ticket just for the Gala?
Yes! You may purchase a Gala Night Only Ticket for $100, granting access to Saturday’s Gala Dinner, Awards, Fundraising, and our guest artist’s special live performance. Traditional attire is encouraged! Please buy in advance as tickets are limited.
What meals are available? Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, our hospitality team offers a range of options, including vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-friendly meals. Please indicate your needs during registration, or contact us ahead of the event.
Is the venue accessible for guests with disabilities or mobility needs?
Absolutely! The Hyatt Regency Miami is fully ADA compliant, with accessible rooms, elevators, ramps, and restrooms. If you need any assistance, let us know in advance or visit the Help Desk onsite.
Will there be parking at the venue?
Yes, the Hyatt Regency Miami provides on-site parking (hotel rates apply) and valet service. There are also nearby public garages. Please budget for parking fees.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We recommend registering online in advance, as space is limited. Some events—including Gala Night and VIP tables—may sell out ahead of time.
