Print ads: high-resolution PDF, PNG, or JPG at 300 DPI (full page 8.5″ × 11″, half 8.5″ × 5.5″, quarter 4.25″ × 5.5″). Web banners: 1920 × 400 px. Don't have artwork? Send your logo and text — our team can lay it out for you.
We confirm your placement
The convention committee reviews every ad and confirms your placement by email within 48 hours. Covers and exclusive slots are first-paid, first-placed.
