Plenaries and the Saturday Gala. Capacity 600.
Marina A / B / C
Three concurrent breakout rooms — aligned to the four programming pillars. Each seats 80.
Waterfront Terrace
Open-air space with bay views. Available for select receptions and the Sunday farewell brunch.
Bayview Room
Sunday Interfaith Service. Seats 120.

Wheelchair ramps, elevators to every level, accessible restrooms on every floor.
Hearing loops
Installed in the Bay Grand Ballroom. ASL interpretation available on request — let us know during registration.
Quiet room
A dedicated low-stimulation room is available all four days for prayer, meditation, or sensory rest.
Nursing & changing room
Private, lockable nursing room with comfortable seating, on the second floor near the Marina rooms.
